Personalized Products

All personalized products are custom-made specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of these items, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

EU Customers

For customers in the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

Non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours after the returned item is received or the issue has been verified. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
